David Bly is an actor/filmmaker based in Brooklyn, born and bageled in Montreal, Canada. An MFA graduate of The New School for Drama, Bly currently performs with UCB in New York. He is a founding member of Lifted Yoke Productions, which will produce the feature dramedy Sweet Parents in 2014, based on the script penned by Bly and a current finalist for the Sundance Institute Screenwriting Lab. Lifted Yoke’s last film, Blackout, can be streamed at Seed & Spark Cinema. He co-hosts the monthly "Undiscovered" Networking Party with Over Shots Productions, with whom he produced the webseries Nice Guy (SXSW).
